What You’ll Do:

  • Reinforce a coherent culture across Glia’s offices globally
  • Manage Glia’s onboarding experience for new employees
  • Develop and support career development and performance management systems in collaboration with the organization's leaders
  • Collect feedback and monitor team morale to suggest cultural improvements
  • Organize monthly company events
  • Manage the perks and benefits program
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with accounting on vacations, benefits, and expenses

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3+ years of HR experience
  • Fluency in English and Estonian
  • Based in, or willing to visit 3 times per week, Tartu
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning mindset
  • Interest in joining a startup and boosting your HR career
  • Basic knowledge of Estonian labor law
  • Basic knowledge of taxes, compliance, and bookkeeping
