Our organization is seeking a highly organized and personable Office Assistant/Receptionist
to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and
visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and
professional environment. In this position, you will handle a variety of
administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
- Maintain and update office calendars, scheduling appointments as needed.
- Assist with invoicing, processing receipts, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Support office staff with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Will assist in donation collection
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or clerical role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
